A mellow and approachable Chinese green tea. It was first produced in 1875 and is one of the most famous teas in China. Named for the tiny fur that covers each leaf and the mountains from which it is grown, Mao Feng literally means “Fur Peak.” How to Brew (loose leaf) Tea: Measure 2.5g of tea for every 12oz of water. Water: Heat water to 175 degrees. Steep: Steep for 3-4 minutes.
