Shipping Timeframes:

  • All in-stock merchandise will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of your order.
  • Please note, we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.

Exclusions:

  • Due to the size and nature of certain products, we do not offer shipping for art or furniture. These items are available for in-store pickup only.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor the status of your shipment.

Local Pickup:

  • Customers who wish to pick up their orders in-store may select our "Local Pickup" option at checkout. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.

Damages or Issues:

  • If you receive a damaged item or have any issues with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will work to resolve the issue.
